How does an engagement work after payment?
Within 24 working hours, we write to schedule the video session and send you a short questionnaire. The turnaround starts as soon as we receive it completed.
What is the difference between the Essential and In-depth levels?
The method is the same. The In-depth level adds more discussion time, a more complete analysis and more detailed deliverables. The exact content of each level is described on the product page.
Do you make the decision for me?
No. We set out the options, the criteria and the figures, and we make a reasoned recommendation. The decision and its implementation are yours.
Does everything really happen remotely?
Yes. Discussions take place by video conference and deliverables are sent by email. All you need is a computer and an internet connection.
Which languages do you work in?
Italian, French, English, Spanish and German. State your preferred language in the message with your order.
How do I pay?
Online, when you order, on a secure payment page: bank card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details never pass through our servers.
Can I get an invoice in my company's name?
Yes. Enter your company name and, where applicable, your VAT number when ordering: the invoice will be issued to those details.
Do my figures stay confidential?
Always. Your documents are used only for your engagement, are never shared and are deleted on request. A 5-year confidentiality agreement can be signed before work begins.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
Let us know at least 48 hours in advance: rescheduling is free. After that, the session may be considered as delivered.
My need does not match any product. What should I do?
Write to us describing your situation. We will point you to the most suitable product, or to a combination of products from the catalogue.
