Document being finalised. Still missing: the intra-EU VAT number · the contact e-mail address · the consumer mediator's details
01Purpose
Teradima offers consulting and operational support products in strategy and decision-making — sessions, reviews, decision files, plans, dashboards and studies — described on the website with their content, level, lead time and price. Services are delivered remotely.
02Order
The customer chooses one or more products, their level and options, enters their details, accepts these terms and then pays the price shown. The order becomes binding on receipt of payment; a confirmation is sent by email.
The content of each product is as described on its product page on the date of the order. Any request outside this scope requires a new order.
03Prices
Prices are stated in euros, including all taxes. VAT status: the company's intra-EU VAT number is being assigned; the price shown is the final price paid.
The amount charged is the one recalculated by our servers from the products, levels, options and quantities chosen, and shown before payment.
04Payment
Payment is made online, when ordering, on a secure payment page, by bank card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details do not pass through our servers. Payment confirmation is sent by e-mail.
05Performance
Within 24 working hours of payment, Teradima contacts the customer to schedule the first discussion and sends a preparation questionnaire. The delivery time stated on the product page runs from receipt of the completed questionnaire; the Express delivery option halves it.
The client undertakes to provide accurate information and the necessary documents. Any delay on their part postpones the turnaround accordingly.
A session can be rescheduled free of charge if the client gives at least 48 hours' notice. A session missed without notice is deemed held.
Teradima is bound by an obligation of means (best efforts): recommendations are made with care, but decisions and their implementation remain the customer's responsibility. Deliverables do not constitute legal, tax or financial investment advice.
06Right of withdrawal
A consumer client has fourteen days from the order to withdraw, without giving a reason, by writing to the contact e-mail address. They are refunded within fourteen days.
If they asked for the service to begin before the end of that period, they remain liable for the amount corresponding to the service provided up to their withdrawal; a service fully performed before the end of the period can no longer be withdrawn from (articles L221-25 and L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
A business client does not have a right of withdrawal.
07Deliverables and intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, the customer may freely use the deliverables for the purposes of their business, including passing them on to their partners, their bank or investors. Editable files are provided only if the corresponding option has been ordered.
Teradima may mention the engagement among its references only with the client's written consent.
08Confidentiality
Teradima keeps the information provided by the client strictly confidential during the engagement and for 5 years after it ends, and uses it only to perform the service.
09Liability
The liability of Teradima is limited, for any cause, to the amount paid for the service concerned, except in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct and within the limits provided by law for consumers.
10Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, a consumer client may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator: details being appointed, available on request. They may also use the European online dispute resolution platform. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the rules protecting consumers.
